To sign up for a Mobile Wallet account, click the SIGN UP or REGISTER link on the website or download the mobile app in the Apple or Google Play Store, and then Click on REGISTER to start the enrollment process.
To login to your Mobile Wallet account, you can go to www.mytimeservices.com or download the mobile app from the Apple or Google Play Stores. Use the username and password you created when signing up for your Mobile Wallet Account. You will receive a text message with a 6-digit security code of the mobile number used during sign up. If you selected alternate SMS to receive notifications during sign up, then you will receive the security code to the alternate mobile number that you provided. This additional security ensures that only you can access your account.
If you did not receive the SMS notification, please check your email receipt to ensure you entered the correct mobile number upon activating. If the number used to create your Mobile Wallet number is correct, then please contact customer service to help you resolve the issue.
Account badges will help you complete the setup of your Mobile Wallet account. Badges provide you with assistance in finalizing the setup of your Mobile Wallet and debit cards. Account badges act as quick links to help you setup your Mobile Wallet account for your maximum benefit including verifying your identity, adding a virtual or physical debit card, attaching a bank account, attaching a debit or credit card, and even adding value added services like telehealth and wireless services to your account.
To add money to your Mobile Wallet account, you can login from the website www.mytimeservices.com or Mobile App. Click the Mobile Wallet tab/ select Load Money. You can load money onto your Mobile Wallet account from a US checking account or savings account, bank debit or credit card, bank teller load at any Chase, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo bank branches, cash loads at over 80,000 merchant retailer locations, remote check deposit, at select NCR Pay 360 ATMs, and if you apply for a loan and are approved, then you can receive the approved loan amount directly to your debit card which you can then move to your Mobile Wallet account.
Linked accounts are bank accounts, bank debit and credit cards that you can link to your Mobile Wallet account. This makes it very easy to load money or send money to those linked accounts. The linked accounts section allows you how to securely link as many bank accounts, debit or credit cards accounts as you wish. You will need to verify 2 micro deposits when linking accounts to ensure the security of your information. You can manage your linked accounts by clicking the Mobile Wallet tab / Linked Accounts.
To add a bank account, click the Mobile Wallet tab, then select Load Money / US Bank Account, then click the add an account button or select an existing bank account from the drop-down menu of previously added bank accounts. You can also select the Mobile Wallet tab then select Linked Accounts. You can load money onto your Mobile Wallet account from a US checking account or savings account. The cost to load any amount of money from a US checking / savings account is only $1.00. Funds loaded via a US checking / savings account could take as long as 3-5 banking days to complete and clear for use. You will see your pending load transaction in your Mobile Wallet Pending Balance. Once the transaction has cleared, your balance will update to your Available Mobile Wallet Account Balance.
Bank Verification Methods:
Bank Debit Card
Attach your bank debit card to load funds onto your Mobile Wallet account. We will make two micro deposits from that debit card account. When those micro deposits reach your debit card account, which is usually immediately, then you will need to verify those micro deposits. Once you correctly verify, your initial load amount will be completed and posted to your account.
Instant Verification
Attach a bank account by choosing your participating bank and providing your bank username and password. Your actual bank will then send you a verification method which will need to be confirmed. Funds will be deposited within 2-5 banking days.
Manual Verification
Link a bank account using your bank’s ACH routing and account number. Two micro-deposits will appear in your bank account which you will need to verify. These micro-deposits can take 2-4 banking days to receive and upon successful verification, your initial deposit will then be processed which will take another 2-3 banking days. This process takes longer, but your bank’s username and password is not needed, in the event that you do not feel comfortable providing that information.
To add a bank debit or credit card, click on the Mobile Wallet tab, then you can select Load Money / Bank Debit Card or Credit Card/ then click Add an Account. You can also select the Mobile Wallet tab then select Linked Accounts. You can load money onto your Mobile Wallet account from any US bank debit or credit card. The cost to load any amount of money from a bank debit card is only $.50. Funds loaded via a bank debit card will load to your Mobile Wallet Available Account Balance in real-time. The cost to load any amount of money from a credit card is 4% of the load amount. Funds loaded via a Credit Card will load to your Mobile Wallet Available Account Balance in real-time.
Once you have added a bank debit or credit card to load money onto your Mobile Wallet account, we will make two micro-deposits from that card account. When those micro deposits reach your account, you will then need to verify micro-deposits amounts. Upon successful verification, you will be able to load up to $250 per day.
Load money to your Mobile Wallet account balance at participating banks for FREE. You can deposit funds onto your Mobile Wallet account at any Chase, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo Bank Branch. Select the Mobile Wallet Tab / Load Money / US Bank Teller / Wire Load. You will need to fill out a deposit slip as illustrated in the Load Money Bank Teller Section of your Mobile Wallet Account, and present that to a bank teller to complete the cash deposit. Please keep your receipt. Cash deposits will be loaded and available in your Mobile Wallet account within 1 banking day. Important: Please make sure you write on the deposit slip the correct account information as well as your Mobile Wallet number.
Load Cash to your Mobile Wallet account balance from any participating Merchant Retailer. You can load money onto your Mobile Wallet account at 80,000 Merchant Retailers throughout the United States including: CVS, Walgreens, 7-11 and more. Customers can locate these select retail stores in the mobile app under the section: Mobile Wallet/ Load Money/ Load Cash at Retail Stores. The cost to load Cash to your Mobile Wallet Account Balance is $2.95 for any load amount ranging from $20 to $500 per transaction with a daily limit of $1,500 and monthly limit of $5,000. All cash loads are processed and made available to you in real-time.
Load money to your Mobile Wallet account balance with Remote Check Deposit. You can load money onto your Mobile Wallet account by taking a picture of the front and back of your signed check. Enter the check amount and submit the image for approval. Once the check has cleared, the funds will be added to your Mobile Wallet Account Balance. The cost for remote check deposit is $1.00 per transaction with a max check limit of $10,000 per check. The daily limit is $100,000 per day. At this time, we do not accept Government issued checks. Funds usually take 3-4 banking days to clear.
Load Cash to your Mobile Wallet account balance at Participating ATMs without using a debit card. You can locate these specialized ATMs that are equipped to receive cash in the Mobile Wallet/ Load Money/ ATM Transaction section in your mobile app. When you start the process, you will be requesting an authorization code. Continue to follow the screen prompts to complete your cash load at your preferred ATM Location. The cost to load your Mobile Wallet Account at an ATM is $3.00. The max withdraw limit per transaction is $400 and the max amount to withdraw per account/customer is $1,001

You can send money from your Mobile Wallet Account to another Mobile Wallet Account, to any US Bank Account, and to your Virtual, Prepaid Debit Card, or Companion Prepaid Debit Card. You can also send money internationally to any Bank Account around the world, 300,000 cash pick up locations, home delivery, and push funds to any Visa or Mastercard account. International Money transfer costs range from $3.00 to $4.00 per transaction regardless of the amount being sent. The FX Rate is subject to change and is provided at the time of the transaction.
Send money from your MyTime Mobile Wallet available balance to another MyTime Mobile Wallet customer by selecting the Mobile Wallet Tab / Send Money / Mobile Wallet Account. Sending money to another Mobile Wallet Account is FREE and is completed in real-time. There are no limits on how often you can send money from your MyTime Mobile Wallet Account to another MyTime Money Wallet customer.
Send Money from your Mobile Wallet account to any US bank account by selecting the Mobile Wallet Tab / Send Money / US Bank Account. You can send money from your Mobile Wallet Available balance to a personal checking or savings account or send money to your friends and family members bank accounts around the world. The transaction fee to send money to a US Bank Account is $1.00 per transaction and $4.00 per transaction outside the US. Money transfers from your Mobile Wallet account to any bank account around the world can take between 1-2 banking days to complete.
Send money from your Mobile Wallet account to your MyTime Prepaid Debit Card by selecting the Mobile Wallet Tab / Send Money / MyTime Prepaid Debit Card. Select from the Prepaid Debit Card drop down menu to select the virtual, Prepaid, or companion Card you wish to transfer funds to. Sending money from your Mobile Wallet account to your MyTime Prepaid Debit Card is FREE and transfers are in real-time. There are no limits on how often you can send money from your MyTime Wallet to your virtual or Prepaid Debit Card(s) on file.
Sending Money with MyTime ® allows you to Send money directly to International Bank Accounts, Cash Pick Up Locations, Global Mobile Wallet Users, and Home Delivery making it fast, secure, and convenient to send money to family and friends anywhere in the world and all from the convenience of your cellular phone. Send International Money Transfers by selecting the Mobile Wallet Tab / Send Money / Outside the US. Each International Transfer Fee is $4.00 per transaction. The FX Rate is subject to change and is provided at the time of the transaction.
You can verify the micro deposits by going into the Account Tab / Verify Micro Transactions for both US Bank Accounts and Credit / Debit Cards. You will need to enter the amounts posted on the account you have linked in any order. Once these are successfully verified your initial load will be processed.
There are two ways to link US Bank Account to your Mobile Wallet:
1- Instant Verification, in this process the verification is automatic via encrypted communication with your actual bank by providing your bank username and password when linking the Account.
2- Manual Verification in which two micro deposits will be posted to your bank account of which you will need to verify to successfully link your bank account.
A linked Credit / Debit Card is also verified using micro deposits as well. This process is again used to securely determine the account to be yours as well as to protect your credit card information. To complete micro deposit verification, select the card you wish to verify. Once the card has been selected, enter the 2 micro deposits that were posted to the specified card and click Verify. The amounts are between $0.01 and $0.15

You can change your address and Mobile Wallet Number on your account but not your name. To change your personal information please log into your account on your phone and in the mobile app there is a quick link on the main dashboard board screen called “Edit my Account Address” and in the web portal click on Account, under that click on Customer Address to make changes to your account details. You can also login to your online account at www.mytimeservices.com . Login and select the Account Tab / Customer Address and you can update your personal information.
Login to your account at www.mytimeservices.com and select Account / PIN Management to update your PIN. You can additionally update your PIN through the mobile app by selecting the Wallet Tab / PIN Management button.
Yes, and you will be able to load funds from an International based Credit/ Debit Card.
You can manage your Mobile Wallet Number by logging into the website and selecting the Mobile Wallet Tab / Wallet ID Management/ Mobile Wallet Number. During the activation process, we registered your mobile number as your Mobile Wallet number. To register a different number, enter that number below and click on Update Mobile Wallet Number. Wallet ID Management additionally allows you to edit and update your alternate ID and Alternate Security code notification number.
All funds on your mobile wallet account earn 3% interest per year which is 5 - 7 times what a normal savings account would earn. The funds on your Mobile Wallet account are safe from hackers and people who may have your Prepaid Debit Card information. We recommend you keep your Virtual Card balance at $0 until you need to buy something online. When you wish to buy something online, then you can move only the necessary funds to your virtual card and then make the transaction. All funds movement to your Prepaid Debit Card are free and transacted in real-time. This keeps your money 100% safe and secure. You can keep a smaller balance on your Prepaid Debit Card and only use those funds for retail purchases, paying bills, or ATM withdrawals. We still recommend only keeping the funds you need to use over a shorter period of time on your Prepaid Debit Card.
If you did not request a MyTime Prepaid Debit Card when signing up, you can order a virtual and Prepaid Debit Card from within your Mobile Wallet account. Go to the Debit Card tab and click the “Add Prepaid Debit Card Account” button and select the Prepaid Debit Card program you wish to open. We recommend opening a Physical and Virtual Prepaid Debit Card. Your virtual card can be used for online purchases with a balance you can keep at $0 so your money is protected from credit card theft. Your Prepaid Debit Card can be used for physical purchases anywhere Prepaid Debit Card is accepted, withdraw funds from ATMs around the world, and load your Prepaid Debit Card with payroll and get paid 2 days earlier.
To get a Mobile Wallet Virtual or Prepaid Debit Card, you are required to verify your identity and provide a form of government ID and basic customer information including Name, Address, SSN#, ITIN, TIN or Driving License. Please note P.O. BOX’s are not allowed as a valid address.
You can activate the personalized Prepaid Debit Card in your Account Dashboard or mobile App; Once the card is mailed to you, you will be prompted by the system to ask you to activate the card. All you will need is to enter the full number of the Prepaid Debit Card and your PIN.
Unlike other Prepaid Debit Card programs, there is no monthly maintenance fee for have a mobile wallet account or virtual, Prepaid Debit Card or companion cards.
Prepaid Debit Card can only be issued to a Physical address, Prepaid Debit Card does not issue to a P.O. Box.
You can change your address at any time. Please log into your account at www.mytimeservices.com or our mobile app and click on the Debit Card Tab / Debit Card info and then click the EDIT button for the card you want to update address for.
Customers can then use their Prepaid Debit Card anywhere it is accepted around the globe and can take out funds at virtually any ATM worldwide.
That means that the Bank has not issued the card number yet; once the card is issued, you will see your name and the last 4 Digits of the card on your dashboard; to see the full card number you can click in the card image on the app or in the link to “View Card Details” on the web dashboard.
You can report your card as Lost /Stolen within the app from the Debit Card Menu by clicking in the “report Lost Card” Icon; or on the web portal click in the Prepaid Debit Card Tab / Report Card Lost / Stolen; You will need to verify your mailing address and once the card is reported, the bank automatically will issue a new card and will be mailed to your verified address.
The estimated time for fulfillment and mailing for your Prepaid Debit Card is between 7-10 business days; the status of the card will show as “PRINTING” and you will also receive a notification that the card is being shipped and will be ready for activation upon receipt. Note: if the card remains in the status of Pending Activation status for 15 days; a notification will be sent to report it as lost and upon customer confirmation, you will be reissued a new card automatically.
Domestic ATM Withdrawal Charges are $1.95 per transaction. For international ATM withdrawal the charges are $2.50 per transaction.
There is no Monthly Maintenance Fee for Prepaid Debit Card, virtual cards, or companion cards.
Customers can add on and activate up to 3 personalized companion cards and mail those cards to their loved ones anywhere in the world. Companion cards can be ordered from the Prepaid Debit Card tab. Companion card users do not need to verify their identity. You can easily move money from your Mobile Wallet Account Balance to all your companion card accounts in real- time and customers pay a fixed fee for any amount of only $3.00 per transfer.
Please contact Customer Service via Live Chat, phone call, or you can open up a trouble ticket with the information about the transaction in question and that will be escalated to the bank and Master Card for review; we suggest that you transfer any remaining funds on the card to your Mobile Wallet and click in the SUSPEND button on the Prepaid Debit Card until the issue is resolved.
The Prepaid Debit Card is the same as the Mobile Wallet PIN, you can update or change that PIN in the Mobile Wallet section under the “PIN Management” The change would take effect immediately after submitted.
Please verify that you have enough funds in the card to cover the purchase you are attempting, if needed you can transfer funds from you Mobile Wallet and will be available immediately. Reminder that some retail establishments like gas stations and hotels, preauthorize your card for larger amounts so be sure to have the proper amount of money loaded on your Prepaid Debit Card at all times. You can move money from your Mobile Wallet account to you Prepaid Debit Card account and vice versa at any time. All such transactions are FREE and processed in real time. Keep most of your funds safe and isolated from potential hackers inside your Mobile Wallet account earning 5x the interest that any bank savings account would provide.
If you get an error while requesting the Prepaid Debit Card and it show in your dashboard that you need to upload documents that means that the bank required additional Identity Verification information to process your Prepaid Debit Card request. This is very common so please do not be alarmed by this request.
